After we’ve locked in a date, I’ll send over everything you need to finalize your booking: a contract, invoice, and a short questionnaire. This questionnaire is my way of getting to know your family better. Tell me about the person being documented, the stories that matter most, important life milestones, and any specific questions you’d love me to ask during the interview. Whether it’s stories about migration, overcoming hardship, raising a family, or simply the wisdom they want to pass down, these details help me tailor your session to honor your family’s unique legacy.

Share your location, ideal timeframe, who you’d like to document (mom, grandmother, matriarch, family elder), and any specific stories or themes you want captured. Don’t worry if you’re not in Richmond—I’m happy to discuss travel options. Once I get your details, I’ll get back to you with available dates, and we can start planning your session.
